Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right now there is nothing to refund. Malmal has not launched, no product is offered for sale on this website, and no payment, card detail or deposit is collected at any point. Joining the waitlist costs nothing, so no refund can arise from it.
This page exists so you can read our intended terms before you ever spend anything - not because money is changing hands today.
Cancelling a waitlist reservation
Instantly, and at no cost. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email ceo@malmalcare.com. If you would also like your details erased rather than just unsubscribed, say so and we will delete them - see the Privacy Policy.
What we intend to offer at launch
These are commitments we have made publicly and mean to honour. They are not contractually binding yet, because there is nothing to buy - they become binding in the terms of sale published at the point of purchase, and we will not quietly weaken them between now and then. If we ever have to change one, we will say so on this page and tell the waitlist why.
The night test
Try Malmal against whatever you use now. If it does not win the night, the pack is free - we refund what you paid for that first pack, and you do not need to return it. One per household, on your first order.
Delivery
Free delivery on the trial pack. A free size-up sample in every monthly box.
The monthly box
No lock-in. Pause, skip, resize or cancel with one WhatsApp message to a person - no retention scripts, no phone tree, no cancellation fee. Cancel before the next dispatch and you are not charged for it. Founding Families keep 20% off the monthly box for 12 months from launch.
Damaged, wrong or faulty goods
If a pack arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery cost. Photographs help but we are not going to make you prove much - for a product like this it is cheaper for us to believe you.
Hygiene exclusion, stated honestly
Beyond the night test above, we will not be able to accept returns of opened diaper packs for general change of mind, because they cannot be resold. Unopened packs in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. This is a normal limitation for hygiene products, and the night test exists precisely so that trying Malmal is not a risk you carry.
How refunds would be paid
To the original payment method, and we intend to process them within 7 working days of approving the request. Bank timelines after that are outside our control.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other Indian law that cannot be contracted out of. Where our terms and your statutory rights differ, your statutory rights apply.
Complaints
Email ceo@malmalcare.com. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it. A person reads every message and will reply. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take it to the appropriate consumer forum, or to the National Consumer Helpline.
