Terms and Conditions
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms cover using this website and joining the waitlist. That is all this website currently does.
The most important term. Reserving a spot is not an order. No product exists for sale yet, no payment is taken, and neither you nor we are committed to buying or selling anything. You are telling us you are interested; we are telling you when we launch. Either of us can walk away at any point, for any reason.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by the Malmal project, which is not yet an incorporated company. Contact: ceo@malmalcare.com. When Malmal is incorporated, these terms will be updated to name the company and its registered address.
2. What a reservation is, and is not
- It creates no contract of sale and no obligation on you to buy.
- It does not reserve stock, because there is no stock.
- It does not guarantee that Malmal will launch. We may decide not to.
- It does not guarantee a delivery date. If we do launch, the first 500 reservations receive the Founding Family benefits described on this site, including the launch price locked for 12 months, on the terms of sale we publish at launch.
- It does not take a payment, a card number or a deposit, and it never will on this page.
You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist.
3. Prices, specifications and launch promises
Every price, specification and offer on this site is what we intend to launch with. None of it is a binding offer today, and all of it may change before launch - including the price, the pack sizes, the materials and the offers themselves.
Specifically:
- The absorbency, rewet and absorption-speed figures shown are the design specification we have set for our first production batch. They are targets, not measurements of a product that exists. Independent lab reports will be published on this site before anything is sold.
- The launch commitments - the night-test refund, free delivery on the trial pack, the 12-month Founding Family price lock, no-lock-in cancellation, published batch reports and the 30-family wear test - are what we intend to offer. They become contractually binding only in the terms of sale published at the point you actually buy something. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Malmal is a consumer product, not a treatment for any condition. Talk to a paediatrician about your child's skin or health.
4. Emails we will send you
If you join the waitlist we will email you about the launch, and occasionally about the progress of the project. We will not sell your address or send you other companies' advertising. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your record entirely at any time - see the Privacy Policy.
5. Using this site sensibly
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this website, submit other people's personal information, or submit deliberately false entries in volume. The waitlist is how we make a real decision; poisoning it wastes our money and tells us nothing. We may remove entries that are obviously fake or abusive.
6. Content on this site
The text, photographs, illustrations and layout on this site belong to the Malmal project or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission. You are of course welcome to link to it, screenshot it and share it.
7. Availability, and what we are responsible for
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or take down any part of it - including the waitlist - at any time.
We are responsible for the things we actually do: keeping your waitlist data as described in the Privacy Policy, and honouring the launch terms we publish at the point of sale. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a decision you make on the strength of a pre-launch specification. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of - and if any part of these terms conflicts with such a right, that right wins.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the project moves toward launch. The date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects people already on the waitlist, we will email the list.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from this website.
10. Complaints
Email ceo@malmalcare.com. A real person reads it. Tell us what went wrong and what you want done, and we will reply.
